Marketing Coordinator

The Growth Bully is a performance marketing agency based in Malta. We run paid media, build automated marketing systems, and deliver results for a focused portfolio of retainer clients.

We're growing — and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to sit at the centre of it all.

This role is not about doing one thing well. It's about keeping everything moving, across multiple clients, every single day.

Who You Are:

• Organised by nature — you track your own deadlines, you don't wait to be chased
• Tech-comfortable — you pick up new platforms fast and figure things out independently
• A strong communicator — your client emails are clear, professional, and get to the point
• Proactive — you spot problems before they land on someone else's desk
• Comfortable on camera — filming basic UGC content is part of the job
• 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media, or agency work

The Role:

• Client Communication — primary day-to-day contact for all clients. Updates, approvals, deliverables. You respond fast and clients never chase you.
• Campaign Execution — you build and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn based on strategy set by our Performance Marketing & Strategy Lead.
• Content & Social Media — content calendars, scheduling, captions, community engagement across all client channels.
• UGC Filming — you film product demos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content for clients. Phone or camera, following a shot list.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — pipelines, automations, booking flows, lead forms, reputation management. Day-to-day platform ownership.
• Reporting — pull performance data, populate templates, get reports out on time every cycle.
• Project Coordination — maintain the content calendar in ClickUp, track every deadline, coordinate handoffs, flag delays early.
• TikTok Creator Execution — source creators, handle outreach, brief them, track performance.
